We Identified an Opportunity to Purchase a Formerly Owned NHS building, situated directly opposite the Royal Victoria Infirmary (Newcastle’s Primary hospital) and The University of Newcastle’s Medical School Respectively.
Working Alongside Reputable Planning Consultants, the City’s Planners and Heritage Officers, due to the sensitivity of the Grade II listed Property, we were able to obtain Planning consent for a collection of Self-contained Apartments for our strategic demographic: Medical Staff and Students alike.
Our Team worked alongside the Design team, Surveyors and Contractors to complete this complex Full Renovation and build within 12 months.
Working with Local Letting agents, The Properties were fully let for both 2021/22 and 2022/23 Academic years before being Sold as an Investment to a Local Investor at a competitive Yield.
