Asset management of this Grade II listed Mixed Use Block for Our Retained Client. Having initially sourced this opportunity with our Local Agents. We were employed to oversee the Strategic Renovation of the Upper Floors to accommodate Grade-A Office Space for Local SMEs.

Prior to the Office Fit out, The Asset was disposed of to a Purchaser that we had locally sourced. Indo achieved a 105% return on Capital Employed for their client from Sourcing of Asset to Completion of Sale. It Handled the total project from Acquisition to Disposal, including Finance.

Having worked with A Renowned Commercial Interiors to create a schematic for the Upper Floors, we employed a Local Agent to attract potential Tenants for these modernised and Best-in-class Offices.
