Sourcing of this Joint venture opportunity; an Unmodernised Victorian Purpose built First Floor Maisonette with scope to modernise and develop into the substantial loft space.

We took this project from full concept to completion, embarking on Designing, Feasibility through to Funding, Construction and the Disposal of the Asset too.

Working closely with local Designers and Architects, we were able to obtain Full planning to develop the property into the Loft, creating an additional Master Suite and a Large outdoor terrace.

Our extensive knowledge of the area and the typical purchaser allowed us to tailor the property and its’ interiors. This allowed us to achieve a ceiling breaking sale price for this street.

Additionally, we were able to create additional revenue by selling a equal share of the freehold to our neighbouring property too.

Having worked with A Renowned Commercial Interiors to create a schematic for the Upper Floors, we employed a Local Agent to attract potential Tenants for these modernised and Best-in-class Offices.
