This project entailed the Conversion of this Victorian Built Office block into 2 Semi-detached Family homes. We employed our trusted design team to engage with Local planners and stakeholders to obtain the relevant Planning permissions and licensing for the conversion and extensions.
Our Team of Contractors worked diligently alongside the Design team and Surveyors to complete this complex Full Renovation and build within 12 months.
We took inspiration from Traditional Interiors to enhance the and reclaim the history of the Victorian Properties; It was Our ambitions from the outset to create Modern-living with a traditional feel.
We appointed local agents to sell both properties on Practical completion; both sold in a timely manner.
