Our Retained Client employed ourselves to renovate this 4 Storey Grade II listed building into 12 Apartments for Professional Use.

We worked alongside An Experienced team of Heritage-experienced Designers, Engineers and Contractors to ensure the build was Sympathetic and enhanced the History and Elegance of this Georgian Townhouse.

Through carefully thought designing and construction practices, we were able to retain a lot of the original features and upgrade the building to conform with the most rigorous standards.

The re-converting of the Upper Floors from office to Residential use substantially increased the Assets Annual Income resulting in a Greater Value.
