Designed alongside Best-in-Class Architects to obtain planning for a Collection of apartments, these residences weave seamlessly into the Heart of Jesmond, a renowned Suburb of Newcastle upon Tyne.
We took inspiration from Traditional Interiors to enhance the apartments and reclaim the history of the Edwardian Home; It was Our ambitions from the outset to create Modern-living with a traditional feel.
Our Team diligently worked alongside Local and National Contractors During unprecedented times, to facilitate the conversion of the Property.
We worked alongside Local agents to understand Our Target market and their Needs. The Residences sold within the Launch event, and for greater than our anticipated GDV.
