Our Investment Process

  • Helping our clients achieve their goals is our first priority. We will start by understanding our clients requirements and their ambitions, curating investments and proposals to cater to their brief – Long term investments or Short term returns.

    At Indo, we take an active approach to seek what you want to achieve over a consultation.

  • Tailoring our Investments to our Client’s Brief; we seek out strategic opportunities that fit the Brief (formulated during our Consultation). We present and discuss the best suited opportunities based on Initial Concepts, Feasibility, Budgeting and Programming to maximise our client’s investment and align with their Goals.

  • Once we’ve agreed on the right project – we will undertake a Full Project brief, including Technical and Detail designs. Ensuring Compliance with Planning, Building Control, Building standards and Licensing, we will create a full set of Technical drawings for Tendering purposes. During this stage, we work closely with all of our Consultants and Agents to ensure our financial & non-financial aspirations are at the forefront.

  • Once we have produce the Project build element, we will tender your build competitively. We work with Quantity Surveyors to ensure the tendering process is as detailed, packaged and uniform for each Contractor. Once, a Principal Contractor has been appointed, We at Indo will Project Manage the build from Concept to Completion. We have extensive on-site experience and Comfort in handling with multi-disciplinaries to achieve a common goal. We work for our clients ensuring Costs, Quality and Time are adhered to.

  • On Project delivery, We will work with the best in class to ensure we execute your Short or Long-term exit. On completion of the project, We will provide your financial returns, and review the current strategy and your appetite for Investments.
